For many Nordic startups the number one problem is not anymore finding financing or getting noticed in the media – it’s recruiting. Slush wants to help entrepreneurs with their biggest challenges and the recruiting theme aims to answer to this increasing demand.
The main purpose of the recruiting theme at Slush is to match the hottest employers to the most talented job-seekers. This is done trough two cornerstone concepts of Slush Recruiting: spontaneous encounters at Recruiting Day and matchmaking via Slush Jobs.
